    Launching a New Service Within an Existing Line

    Problem: One of the nation's largest video, high-speed Internet and phone providers to residential and business customers developed a new service that complements its current offering and functions effectively as a new standalone service. With this new offering, the client wanted to leverage its high tech image and expand its subscriber base, as well as increase revenue by expanding this new service to current customers.

    Solution: MSI conducted a study to identify the strongest positioning for this new service among subscribers and prospects and determine the strongest bundles of both products and features.

    Results: Using the research as the foundation, the company developed a comprehensive marketing communication program, as well as designed the actual product offerings and bundles that attracted the greatest reach for current customers and prospects.
